Anastasia Matsoukis is Cassandra‘s cousin.
Born in 1981 in Sterling, IL, she is the only child of Eleni and Anatasios. She also is Costas and Kalliope Economos’ youngest grandchild.
Growing up, she frequently was at Costas’ Place because her parents both worked there.
Cassandra and Maroula often included her in their activities as teenagers, feeling sorry Anastasia’s an only child.
